Every sealed Vaulora is delivered.

When you seal a Vaulora and complete payment, you are entrusting us with a moment. We treat that as a debt we owe back to you. The delivery is scheduled. The storage is funded. The recipient will receive it on the day you chose, not before.

Your content is encrypted. Always.

Every letter, photograph, voice note, and video is encrypted before it is stored, using AES-256-GCM encryption. The same standard used by financial institutions and government systems.

Each Vaulora has its own unique encryption key. Your content cannot be decrypted using another user's key. If our database were ever compromised, an attacker would retrieve only encrypted data, unreadable without the keys.

We do not read your content. We do not analyse it, train on it, or give it to anyone, for any reason, ever.

If Vaulora cannot continue.

A company can fail. We are honest about that, and we have built our commitment so it survives us.

We maintain a continuity reserve specifically for sealed, paid Vauloras. If Vaulora ceases to operate, every creator holding a sealed and fully paid Vaulora will be contacted and given secure access to download their complete Vaulora (letters, photographs, voice notes, and videos) within 30 days.

The download is a contingency, not a feature. The product is the sealed delivery on the chosen day. The download exists so that if the worst happens, your words are never lost.

What we will tell you.

If anything material changes about this commitment, we will write to every creator we hold a Vaulora for, before the change takes effect. Not a buried link in a terms update. A direct, plainly worded note to the email address on your account.
