About Vaulora

WORDS THAT WAIT.

Vaulora holds what you create today and delivers it on the day you chose. Not as a notification. As a ceremony.

The product

A Vaulora is a sealed message you create now and choose to deliver later. Words, your voice, photographs, video. Whatever you want to give. Once you seal it, it is gone from your hands. You cannot take it back, edit it, or read it again. On the day you chose, it arrives.

There are four shapes. A Single is for one person on one day. A Collective gathers many voices for one recipient. A Living is built over years and sealed when ready. A Legacy holds individual messages for several people, each delivered on their own schedule. Self is a Vaulora to your future self, and is free.

What you seal, we do not read. Your content is encrypted and no one at Vaulora can access it. What you seal will be delivered. We hold your Vaulora against a guarantee that outlives this company. If Vaulora ceases to exist, an independent trustee ensures delivery.

Why this exists

A pink keepsake box open on a table, containing handwritten letters, a champagne cork, and photographs of Julia on the inside of the lid.

The letters Craig and Jamie write to Julia every year on her birthday. This is why Vaulora exists.

Every year on my daughter Julia's birthday, my wife and I write her a letter. We write about the year that was, the things she taught us, the small moments we want her to know happened. We take photographs of ourselves writing, and we toast the year before we seal it.

We plan to give Julia all twenty-one letters on her twenty-first birthday. She will meet us at every age she has been, through our eyes. Not one letter at the end. Twenty-one of them.

One night I realised the letters could be lost. A flood, a fire, a misplaced box in a move. I looked for a product that could hold them properly and found nothing that felt right. So I built one.

Vaulora is for the things you meant to say and the people you meant to say them to. It holds them quietly, in whatever form you want, until the day they should be read.

I built this because I needed it. You might too.
